A recruitment firm is seeking an Interim HR Manager for a 12-month contract based in Leeds. The successful candidate will act as the site-based HR lead, delivering a comprehensive HR service across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations issues and overseeing payroll processes. The ideal applicant is an experienced HR generalist with strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience in a manufacturing or FMCG background. A quick start date is preferred.
