Seeking a talented HR Manager / Advisor to join a close-knit team at a well-established dental group in London or Milton Keynes.

About the Position :
  • Part‑Time role available – flexible on days
  • £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
  • Lead HR for multiple practices
  • Must be confident managing full employee lifecycle
  • Training Managers around HR Processes
  • Managing the Recruit Process – how to identify the best talent, onboarding new starters, retention strategy etc

About the Responsibilities :
  • Oversee ER, recruitment, HR infrastructure and performance management
  • Develop compliant policies, systems, and tech infrastructure
  • Support managers with coaching, appraisals and conflict resolution
  • Build ideal recruitment, onboarding and retention frameworks
  • Lead employment law compliance and tribunal preparedness
  • Respond to HR queries and manage ATS and HRIS systems
  • Building professional image for the dental group
Qualifications / Experience :
  • Must be confident managing full employee lifecycle
  • CIPD Level 5-7 qualification is ideal
