Overview

Have you got experience managing HR in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, engineering or similar environment?

Perhaps you have been a standalone HR manager, leading a HR team, who is ready to broaden their exposure to multiple sites and/or out into a global business?

If that sounds like you, then this role could be of interest working for a global food manufacturing company, leading on-site HR teams in the UK to deliver the people and culture plan.

Location

You'll be based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire - but there will be occasional travel to other company sites in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Surrey.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Head of HR and site leadership teams, you will champion all things related to people and culture, acting as trusted advisor.

Ensuring the HR teams at each site deliver on their People goals, plus driving change and transformation projects relating to systems and processes, to support global alignment.

Qualifications
