What you'll do:

  • Advise leaders and staff on HR matters to ensure consistent, compliant people management.
  • Align day-to-day HR support with wider business goals and operational needs.
  • Promote inclusion and support staff-led initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and early careers engagement.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee data records.
  • Track workforce trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Update and develop policies in line with legislation and best practice.
  • Support employee relations, lead HR projects, and deliver training where needed.

What you'll need:

  • Strong HR generalist experience, with strong knowledge of HR practices and NI employment law.
