Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and evolving legislation.
• Experience leading an HR documentation team.
• Experience with contracts, policies and employment letters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, SLAs and ensure high quality output.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR Documentation Consultants.
• Set clear KPIs, SLAs, quality and productivity targets.
• Provide technical support on complex HR and employment documentation.
• Quality-check contracts, policies, procedures, letters, templates and guidance.
• Ensure documentation reflects current UK employment law and best practice.
• Coach and develop staff through regular 1-to-1s and performance reviews.
• Analyse MI and reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
