Impact HR Services Ltd is seeking a hands-on HR Administrator to support our client base and internal HR consultants. The role focuses on delivering accurate HR administration, onboarding, and documentation while ensuring compliance and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy HR environment supporting a range of HR admin activities.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, timely support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end HR administration tailored to each client’s service needs.
• Be a key point of contact for clients’ admin needs; build relationships and deliver professional service.
• Support the wider consultancy team in delivering high-quality HR services.
• Assist with HR documentation, onboarding, lifecycle tasks and data management.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and HR systems; generate client reports.
