Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to join the Global HR Shared Services team. The role provides compliant, high-quality HR operational support across UK/EMEA, acting as expert for core HR processes and escalation point for complex employee lifecycle activities.

You will drive service excellence, support digital transformation, and contribute to global HR cycles like performance reviews, salary actions, promotions, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR administration, operations, or shared services.
• Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, preferably D365 HR or ServiceNow.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in complex processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact for complex HR queries and lifecycle transactions.
• Manage escalated HR cases within SLAs.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, and offboarding across jurisdictions.
• Ensure documentation compliance with local laws.
• Support salary reviews, promotions, and talent processes.
• Produce workforce reports and governance documents.
• Act as super user for HRIS and related systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and SOP maintenance.
