Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or coordination.

Responsibilities

• Preparing employment contracts and contract variations
• Managing starters, onboarding and leavers
• Maintaining accurate HR records and holiday information
• Preparing HR letters and employee documentation
• Supporting disciplinary, grievance and capability processes
• Assisting with HR investigations and employee relations cases
• Preparing documentation and gathering information for HR cases
• Supporting HR consultants with client requirements and projects
• Helping ensure HR processes and documentation remain compliant
