Job summary

Netbox Recruitment Ltd partners with a growing HR consultancy to recruit a Senior HR Consultant / HR Business Partner. The role covers employee relations, grievances, recruitment, onboarding and policy development with a practical, commercially aware approach.

You’ll work hybrid from Chatham with client sites around Kent, providing hands-on HR advice both remotely and on client premises. The successful candidate will become the owner’s trusted right-hand and may share in the business as it grows.

Qualifications

• Experience cradle-to-grave HR across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to manage employee relations, grievances and complex HR matters.
• Commercial awareness and ability to understand SME owner pressures.
• Strong client relationship building and proactive ownership.
