The role focuses on sickness absence management, employee relations investigations, disciplinary procedures, flexible working requests and job evaluation administration.

You will hold a professional or postgraduate qualification (or be working towards one), be CIPD Associate (or working towards it) and have strong IT

Qualifications

• Professional/ postgraduate HR qualification or working towards one.
• Associate CIPD status or working towards it.
• Experience delivering HR services across disciplines incl. ER, investigations and change.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR services to employees, workers and managers.
• Manage sickness absence, employee relations investigations and disciplinary procedures.
• Handle flexible working requests and job evaluation administration.
