Bluecrest Wellness is seeking an HR Advisor in Worthing, with a hybrid working pattern and full-time permanent status. The role covers employee relations, absence management, policy guidance, and partnering with managers to deliver people solutions and great employee experience.

The successful candidate will influence change, support HR projects, and contribute to a compliant, efficient HR function in a health-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Officer with exposure to employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and best practice.
• Experience drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Experience supporting organisational change and HR projects.
• CIPD Level 5 desirable or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on employee relations cases with fair, lawful outcomes.
• Respond to HR queries with clear, practical guidance.
• Support terms of employment negotiations and consultations.
• Assist line managers on sickness absence and wellbeing matters.
• Coach managers on performance and employee relation issues.
• Help deliver HR projects and change initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting.
