Job summary

A leading manufacturer in specialty vehicles is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. This full-time position involves supporting key HR functions, maintaining employee data, assisting with payroll, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives. Applicants should have an associate degree or equivalent HR experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. This role is integral in fostering positive employee relations and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries.
  • Assist with weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes.
  • Maintain and generate reports using HRIS and ADP timekeeping systems.
