• Coordinate recruitment efforts with hiring managers to fill vacancies
• Provide HR support on maternity leave, absence management, flexible working requests and annual leave
• Maintain accurate employee records across CRM/HRIS systems and perform data audits
• Support Health & Safety initiatives and promote a safe working environment
