Location: Hybrid - 2 days Wilmslow (Mon & Tues) and 3 days home
Salary: 25,155 per annum

The Role

We're on the hunt for an EL/HR Administrator to join our dedicated Employment Law team and help us deliver top‑notch service to our clients! If you have a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and love working in a collaborative environment, this role is the perfect fit.

  • Allocating Advice Requests: Manage advice emails and callbacks within Salesforce and Outlook, ensuring they're assigned to the right consultant.
  • Case Management: Merge ongoing case work with new inquiries and keep all case statuses up to date.
  • Quality Control: Identify and manage spam, create callback tasks for consultants, and log emails into Salesforce to maintain case integrity.
  • Reporting: Generate reports to assist management and reallocate workloads for absent consultants.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and reduce redundant tasks.
  • Process Improvement: Follow established processes and proactively suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
