A major UK healthcare provider is seeking an HR Consultant for their Employee Relations Team. This full-time role requires advising managers across different divisions on complex HR matters. You will undertake casework involving disciplinary and grievance issues while supporting HR strategies within the organization. The position is based in both Mount Vernon Hospital and Hillingdon Hospital, ideal for someone with a strong understanding of HR operations and organizational development.
An existing secondment opportunity has opened in the Employee Relations Team at Hillingdon Hospital for six months. The HR Consultant will advise managers across two divisions alongside the HR Business Partners, Unplanned Care and Estates and Facilities for someone who understands the challenges of working with a large caseload. The role will work between Mount Vernon and Hillingdon Hospital.
To provide operational HR/organisational development consultancy services across resourcing, medical staffing, service redesign, workforce remodelling, change management, employee relations/legislation, terms and conditions and employment policy/procedures.
