In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to expert on people compliance, working closely with Park Leadership and our Central People Team to keep our processes sharp, systems efficient, and teams supported. From ensuring every team member has the right to work (from application to onboarding and beyond), to reviewing policies, leading audits, and delivering practical, inclusive training — you’ll help us protect what matters most: our people. If you’re an HR professional with a solid compliance background, a collaborative mindset, and the motivation to make a difference, we’d love to welcome you aboard. Please note this is afixed term contract.
