Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an HR Business Partner in Warwick. This role requires proven HR experience, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent communication skills. The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to align HR strategies with business goals, provide expert advice, and manage employee relations. Experience in the public sector and a CIPD qualification are advantageous. This contract is for a duration of 6+ months with a pay rate of £24.23 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Hr Business Partner (Human Resources)

Location: Warwick, CV34 4UL

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 24.23 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to management and staff.
  • Lead and manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and support managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
