The Role:

Job Title: HR Business Partner (ER) – 12 month FTC

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (DoE)

Location: Kent – Hybrid working

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

• Overseeing and managing end-to-end Employee Relations matters firm-wide
• Coaching and advising senior stakeholders, team leaders, and line managers on Employee Relations issues and guiding on best practices
• Acting as a mentor and coach to the wider People team on ER and compliance best practices
• Supporting the People Director on amendments to policies and procedures in line with Employment Law changes
