Job Description:

Human resources Business Partner - specific experience in HR matters and Legislation in the Republic of Ireland - UK based.

Key Result Areas:

We are looking for an individual with specific experience in HR matters and Legislation in the Republic of Ireland – although based will be in the UK

  • Build and maintain key business relationships with stakeholders and the wider People team.
  • Understand business challenges and opportunities to develop fit-for-purpose people plans and provide relevant advice.
  • Advise leaders on employment matters, influencing management around the people agenda to maximize performance.
Performance Management & Development:
  • Champion a high-performance culture through effective management of goals, reviews, and development plans.
  • Support managers in performance discussions and implementing improvement plans.
Talent Management & Recruitment:
  • Support onboarding and induction processes.
  • Review exit data for improvements.
  • Collaborate on talent strategies, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Identify high-potential employees and support their development.
Culture:
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
  • Create a positive work environment fostering inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing.
  • Support annual employee engagement processes.
Employee Relations & HR Data:
  • Provide advice and coaching on people management and employment issues.
  • Ensure consistency in managing employee relations issues.
  • Manage non-complex ER cases.
  • Gather and review HR data to support decision-making.
Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Experience as an HR business partner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Good commercial acumen and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, ideally including TUPE.
  • Ability to deliver pragmatic HR guidance in a fast-paced environment.
