Your new role
Working for a not-for-profit organisation with a national footprint, you will be leading on a number of change projects. As the organisation embarks on an operational restructure, you will take the lead, managing consultations, union negotiations, and the roll-out of new structures. Following this, you will look to embed new ways of working and work closely with line managers to ensure a supportive culture and strong employee engagement. Additionally, you will utilize your generalist HR knowledge to lead on escalated ad hoc ER case work.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional with a proven track record in delivering restructure programmes, including consultations. This role is predominantly home-based, with occasional travel, and is offered as a 6-month FTC.
