About The Role

EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team. This role will be based from our Milton Keynes office with weekly travel to sites and compounds throughout Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. Due to the travel requirements we require all candidates to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

You will work with the senior leadership team to support the development of an effective people strategy to include HR agenda, strategies, policies and practices. Working in conjunction with the parent company HR team, you will ensure adherence with relevant contractual terms of employment and the development of best practice policies as appropriate to the EKFB JV. Improving and monitoring employee productivity, and supporting staff wellness initiatives is a key aspect of this role.
