Overview
HR Data & Reporting Coordinator – Heilstone, IP16, United Kingdom. Location: Suffolk, London, Bristol or Gloucester (3 days a week). Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays. Bonus: Up to 5% annual bonus. Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution and 15% employer contribution. Flexible Benefits: Additional allowance for a variety of benefits. Responsibilities
- Review Organisational Change submissions and Management of Change (MoC) documentation to maintain high standards of quality and precision.
- Maintain Nuclear and Environmental Baseline report requirements – a live record of nuclear safety responsibilities – and ensure alignment with training and competence data.
- Support the MoC Committee and regulatory meetings, providing HR data as required, preparing agendas, distributing documents and capturing minutes and actions.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training sessions, both one‑on‑one and in group settings, focused on Nuclear Baseline and MoC content.
- Develop and manage people dashboards using Power BI (or similar tools) to enable clear visualisation of key insights.
- Produce monthly HR and people reports from multiple data sources, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely, relevant information.
- Act as the SME on records management and electronic storage for the HR Information System (SuccessFactors by SAP).
- Support the Resource Planning Lead in shaping long‑term strategic and integrated resource plans to support the wider Sizewell C project.
Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills and a head for numbers, with the ability to analyse data, identify errors and take corrective actions.
- Experience of processing high volumes of data from multiple sources, amalgamating data and analysing to draw conclusions.
- Knowledge and application of quality assurance and control techniques to meet defined requirements (advantageous).
- Experience of working across teams and organisations.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
- Experience with HR Information Systems such as SuccessFactors (preferred).
