An educational institution in Colchester is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide high-quality HR advice and support. The role requires a minimum of CIPD Level 5 and significant experience in complex HR environments. Key responsibilities include supporting management across various levels and contributing to the HR department's strategic goals. About the role
You will provide high quality Human Resources advice and support across all levels of management and across designated responsibility areas, working with colleagues to ensure consistency. You will play a role in supporting wider HR Department objectives to support our culture, values and delivery of wider organisational strategic goals.
About you
You will hold CIPD Level 5 as a minimum requirement. You will have significant experience of HR Business Partner / Senior HR Adviser procedures in a complex organisation working with managers to create positive business outcomes. A proven track record of providing credible, expert advice and services to managers is also a key requirement.
