Are you a motivated and organised HR Assistant looking to further your career within a successful secondary school environment? A well‑established school in Leicester is seeking a committed HR Assistant to support their busy and well‑structured HR department.

About the Role :

This is a full‑time permanent position starting January 2026. You will support all aspects of HR administration—including recruitment, onboarding, pre‑employment checks, maintaining staff records, safeguarding compliance, conducting DBS checks and managing staff absence processes. The role requires excellent communication, confidentiality and organisational skills.
