Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a HR Assistant Advisor to support the Lincolnshire Police Force in Nettleham, Lincoln. This temporary role (37 hours/week) offers an hourly rate of £17.97 and a March 2027 end date, with a hybrid working pattern combining office and remote tasks.

You will join the HR Operations team, handling case management, providing advisory support to SLTs and line managers, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR case management and attendance processes.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR cases, including Attendance Management and Occupational Health referrals.
• Provide HR advice to Senior Leadership Teams and line managers, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and policies.
• Help with fairness at work and disciplinary processes, maintaining relations with operational line managers.
• Ensure comprehensive audit trails of case management and liaise with payroll for timely updates.
• Prepare data for Senior Leadership meetings and support the wider HR team.
