Job summary

Portfolio HR & Reward represents a public sector organisation recruiting a HR Advisor on a temporary basis until the end of March. The role is based in Lincoln and fully office-based, with an early finish on Fridays.

The successful candidate will manage employee relations, update T&Cs with current legislation, and perform lifecycle admin in a busy, structured environment.

Qualifications

• Strong employment law knowledge.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent via experience).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Support with employee relations cases and handling typical HR responsibilities including attendance management and occupational health referrals.
• Update Terms & Conditions and policies and procedures with up-to-date legislation.
• Other duties on an ad hoc basis incl. query and employee lifecycle admin.

Job description

Portfolio HR & Reward are super excited to be representing a public sector organisation, that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis until the end of March.

This role will be based in Lincoln and is fully office based - but you do get an early finish on a Friday!

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between 16 - 18 per hour, plus holiday pay.

As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

• Supporting with the employee relations cases, and handling typical HR responsibilities including attendance management and occupational health referrals
• Updating T&C's and policies and procedures with up to date legislation
• Other duties on an ad hoc basis incl. query, and employee lifecycle admin

The ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following;

• Strong employment law knowledge
• CIPD level 5 qualified (or qualified through experience)
• Experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
