Job summary

Chase & Holland is seeking an HR Advisor in Lincoln to support a forward-thinking, not-for-profit team. You will coach managers, manage employee relations caseloads, and help develop HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent practice across the organisation.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, data reporting, and contributing to training and induction programs. CIPD is desirable and a Level 3 qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR role with use of HR systems.
• Ability to coach managers and advise on employment law.
• Experience handling employee relations casework from start to finish.
• Ability to develop HR policies and procedures with consistent application.

Responsibilities

• Coaching managers with effective HR guidance aligned to values and law.
• Managing an ER case load from start to finish.
• Supporting across HR to ensure effective outcomes.
• Contributing to HR policies and procedures development and implementation.
• Participating in organisation-wide initiatives for improvements.
• Producing HR data and reports from systems for management.
• Assisting with induction and training delivery.
