Job summary

Portfolio HR & Reward are representing a public sector organisation recruiting a HR Advisor on a temporary basis until the end of March. Based in Lincoln and fully office based, with an early finish on Fridays, the role offers £16-£18 per hour plus holiday pay.

The HR Advisor will support employee relations cases, update terms and conditions and policies, and handle ad hoc HR duties including attendance management and lifecycle administration.

Qualifications

• Strong employment law knowledge.
• CIPD level 5 qualified (or qualified through experience).
• Experience working in a fast paced, complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with the employee relations cases, and handling typical HR responsibilities including attendance management and occupational health referrals.
• Updating T&C's and policies and procedures with up to date legislation
• Other duties on an ad hoc basis incl. query, and employee lifecycle admin

Portfolio HR & Reward are super excited to be representing a public sector organisation, that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis until the end of March.

This role will be based in Lincoln and is fully office based - but you do get an early finish on a Friday!

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between £16 - £18 per hour, plus holiday pay.

As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting with the employee relations cases, and handling typical HR responsibilities including attendance management and occupational health referrals

The ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following:
