A leading support provider in Great Barrow is seeking an HR Assistant to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across residential homes and SEN schools. The role involves coordinating onboarding and exit processes while ensuring compliance with Ofsted and CQC standards. The ideal candidate will have in-house recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to support individuals with autism. As the HR Assistant, you will play a key role in contributing to a comprehensive HR service across the organisation. You will be the central point for all in‑house recruitment activities across our adult and children’s residential homes and SEN schools. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies to onboarding new starters and processing leavers, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and CQC safer recruitment standards. You will also liaise with external recruitment agencies, job platforms, and represent the organisation at job fairs. In addition you will provide administrative support to Line Managers in regards to employee relations and signposting to organisational policies and procedures.
