Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Leeds is looking for an HR Advisor to provide expert support on various HR initiatives. The role involves collaborating with managers and employees, managing sickness absence, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Candidates should have a CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant experience and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications

• A full clean driving licence with access to a car.
• Understanding of the working time regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law – desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support in induction process.
• Management of sickness absence, working with managers.
• Provide regular communications to managers on best practice HR.
• Maintain accurate records in line with legislative requirements.
• Provide coaching on people issues.
