Job summary

MJ Quinn Integrated Services Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor to provide effective, legally compliant guidance to managers and employees across the business, supporting employee relations, policy application, and embedding our company values to sustain a positive working culture.

Based at Head Office, Knowsley, Liverpool, you will work Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £34,000–£38,000 per annum. The role includes relocation to the L24 area in winter 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR generalist advising managers and leaders.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven track record managing a demanding HR caseload and complex employee relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legally compliant HR guidance across the business.
• Support policy application and embedding of company values.
• Advise managers on staff issues and employee relations.
