MJ Quinn Integrated Services Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor to provide effective, legally compliant guidance to managers and employees across the business, supporting employee relations, policy application, and embedding our company values to sustain a positive working culture.
Based at Head Office, Knowsley, Liverpool, you will work Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £34,000–£38,000 per annum. The role includes relocation to the L24 area in winter 2026.
The People and Culture Department at MJ Quinn provides strategic advice, guidance, and direction on all aspects of people management, supporting over 800 employees across multiple UK locations. The department delivers administrative support, ensures compliance with employment legislation, and drives the development and implementation of HR policies and practices to enable business growth and operational excellence.
To provide an effective and efficient HR advisory service, delivering legally compliant guidance to managers, senior leaders, and employees across the business. The HR Advisor will support employee relations, policy application, and the embedding of company values, contributing to a positive working culture.

Hours of Work: Monday–Friday, 35 hours between 9am–5pm
Rate of Pay: £34,000 – £38,000 per annum
