Job summary

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a nationwide business in search of an HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The role is based in Ormskirk with a hybrid arrangement, two days per week on site.

The salary band is £30,000 to £35,000, with a preference for a quick start date. Responsibilities include recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, ER casework, and L&D collaboration to close skill gaps.

Qualifications

• Advisory experience at People/HR Advisor level is essential.
• Broad HR generalist experience including recruitment and employee relations.
• Collaborative and proactive working style expected in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes including onboarding and offboarding; manage ATS activities.
• Handle employee relations cases including initial investigations.
• Assist the L&D function by identifying gaps and supporting development initiatives.

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a fantastic nationwide business that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will be based in Ormskirk offering hybrid 2 days each week.

The current salary is between £30,000 and £35,000, with a quick start date being preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with the recruitment process, including onboarding, offboarding, ATS system etc
• Working on employee relations cases including initial investigations
• Supporting the L&D team, identifying potential gaps in this area

• Proven experience working at an advisory level i.e. People Advisor/ HR Advisor
• Experience across true generalist HR including recruitment, employee relations etc
