Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a fantastic nationwide business that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. The role is based in Ormskirk with a hybrid arrangement (2 days per week in the office).

Salary is between £30,000 and £35,000 with a quick start preferred. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and ATS management, handle employee relations cases with initial investigations, and support the L&D team by identifying gaps and potential

• Advisory-level HR experience (People Advisor/HR Advisor).
• Generalist HR experience including recruitment and employee relations.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment including onboarding and offboarding, and manage ATS processes.

• Support L&D by identifying gaps and contributing to the learning plan.

As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

• Supporting with the recruitment process, including onboarding, offboarding, ATS system etc
• Working on employee relations cases including initial investigations
• Supporting the L&D team, identifying potential gaps in this area

he ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following;

• Proven experience working at an advisory level i.e. People Advisor/ HR Advisor
• Experience across true generalist HR including recruitment, employee relations etc
• Adopt a collaborative and proactive approach to work
