E3 Recruitment is assisting a global organisation based in Bradford to appoint an experienced HR Advisor. This varied, hands-on generalist role involves providing practical HR advice, supporting recruitment and workforce planning, and helping managers apply people policies consistently.

The role offers a permanent position with a salary in the £30,000–£35,000 range and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance and healthcare.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid generalist HR experience.
• Experience managing a range of employee relations casework.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Experience advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and recruitment matters.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining accurate HR and payroll systems, resolving queries and escalating issues.
• Providing HR system support to managers and producing employee information and reports using time and attendance data and Excel.
• Administering employee benefits, including private medical membership.
• Producing absence reports and guiding managers on procedures and next steps.
• Supporting recruitment for approved vacancies, including advertising, selection, interviews and induction.
• Liaising with temporary labour providers and supporting managers with first-stage interviews.
• Providing general HR advice and coaching to managers to ensure fair, compliant policies and procedures.
• Supporting wider HR administration including purchase orders, invoices, induction processes and retirement processes.
