The successful candidate will support the HRBP and line managers in various HR matters across the UK, while promoting employee engagement and compliance. Qualifications include experience in HR operations and ideally a CIPD qualification. This full-time position offers a salary range of £33,000 - £38,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including 24 days leave and employee discounts.

• Experience in an Operational HR Advisor role.
• Strong ability to communicate in person, email, and letter.
• Proven ability to work on own initiative and within a team.
