Job summary

Recruited UK in Manchester is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support managers with employment law, HR policies and best practice. You will handle employee relations, guide change projects and coach managers to enhance people management across a diverse organisation.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a collaborative HR team environment, exposure to a range of cases, and opportunities to effect real business impact while maintaining accurate HR records and generating insightful

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or working towards it.
• 3+ years recent experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience managing a wide variety of employee relations cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers on employment law, HR policies and best practice.
• Supporting employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability and performance.
• Advising and supporting organisational change projects including restructures, redeployment, redundancy and TUPE.
• Coaching and developing managers to build confidence in people management.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Identifying risks and providing practical, commercially focused HR solutions.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and producing reports.
• Working collaboratively within the wider HR team to continuously improve HR services.
