Qualifications

• Proven experience of employee consultations in a similar environment.

• Flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective employee consultations relating to relocation, redeployment and redundancies.
• Work closely with managers, employees and wider HR colleagues to ensure processes are compliant.
• Travel to different sites as required.
