Job summary

About the role

As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a key part of our People Team, providing proactive, professional support to managers and employees across the organisation. You’ll advise on HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices, helping to shape and deliver our HR plans and culture.

Essential criteria

You’ll work across a broad range of HR activities including:

  • Employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Organisational development and wellbeing
  • HR systems and data analysis
  • Policy development and training

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 3 and/or equivalent practical HR experience
  • Strong experience managing HR casework and providing advice to a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft tools
  • A collaborative, values-led approach with great communication and problem-solving skills
