A healthcare organization in Worthing is seeking an HR Advisor to provide proactive support in HR policies, employee relations, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification and strong experience in HR casework. Key responsibilities include advising on employment legislation and managing HR data analysis.
