Overview

Are you an organised and detail-focused HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an HR Administrator to support the HR Manager and wider team with a variety of people-focused and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate Time & Attendance records, ensuring data is correct for payroll and reporting.
  • Process monthly payroll efficiently, liaising with managers and HR to resolve queries.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring right-to-work compliance, inductions, exit interviews, and accurate record keeping.
  • Deliver general HR administration support, including note-taking in meetings, GDPR-compliant filing, reporting KPIs, and processing invoices.
  • Assist with pension administration and arrange support sessions.
  • Support training activities, helping to identify development needs and assisting the Training Officer with delivery.
Experience Required

Essential:

  • Previous HR administration experience.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills, with experience producing HR paperwork.
  • Knowledge of starter and leaver processes.

Desirable:

  • Experience with payroll or T&A systems.
  • Experience in audited or manufacturing environments.
Skills Required
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • High levels of customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to manage confidential information with discretion (GDPR compliance).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
