As a key member of the resort People Team, reporting to the People Partner, you will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our 1,200+ team members. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will provide expert guidance on employee relations, supporting leaders in handling cases fairly, consistently, and in line with company policies. From disciplinaries and grievances to performance improvement plans, you will uphold our core value of "We Care for Each Other" by fostering a supportive and professional workplace. Your keen eye for detail will help drive continuous improvement as you review and audit cases, ensuring best practices are followed.
