A leading public organisation in Swindon is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a temporary basis for 6 weeks. £19.87 per hour

Monday - Friday (Full Time)

Based in Swindon - Hybrid

Temporary - 6 weeks

Tate are working with a leading public organisation that champions the protection and celebration of the nation's historic environment. They are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join on a temporary basis, working for a 6 week period.

You will be working within the central HR Team, with key responsibilities including:
  • Manage a caseload of complex issues including sickness, performance management and grievances.
  • Handle general HR queries from managers and staff.
  • Deliver coaching and training to managers on people management.
  • Undertake Occupational Health referrals.
  • Provide support at meetings (including minute‑taking).
  • Support managers to resolve issues
Skills / Experience:
  • Experience managing a personal caseload of complex HR issues.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills to help managers reach pragmatic solutions.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and promote fairness, innovation and learning.
  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
  • Confident communicator, open and collaborative.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and HR systems (Oracle HR/Midland iTrent)
