We're excited to offer an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR Business Partnering Team. This is a part-time role (24 hours per week), perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact while enjoying flexibility.

You will work across our Lancashire & South Cumbria footprint with a hybrid approach, combining home working with time on key Trust sites.

Main duties of the job

In this role, you will provide a professional and proactive HR advisory service, aligned with our Trust values. You will build strong relationships and coach managers to develop effective people practices. You will be a key point of contact for managers, using a coaching approach, you will help them to deal with a wide range of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management and organisational change programmes.

Supporting workforce KPIs and contributing to strategic priorities, you will get involved in policy development, organisational change programmes, manager training, and HR projects--no two days are the same!

You will use Microsoft Teams, email and phone to provide a range of HR advice and where appropriate you will meet with managers and staff face to face. You will bring HR advisory experience and be CIPD qualified. NHS experience is an advantage but is not essential.
