A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide guidance on employee matters and manage ER cases. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of HR experience and in-depth knowledge of UK employment law. Responsibilities include advising senior stakeholders, managing absence and performance cases, and supporting policy updates. This permanent position is based in Reading, initially office-based for 6 months, then moving to a hybrid model.
Salary: £35,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
