We're looking for a commerciallyfocused HR Advisor to join a partner-led organisation operating across multiplesites in Derby and Northampton.
This is a hands-on generalistrole for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy, and who takes a pragmatic,advisory approach to HR. You'll work closely with managers and senior leaders,providing clear, practical advice on employee relations, recruitment and peoplemanagement across a workforce of around 200 staff.
Reporting to the Head of HR,you'll be trusted to manage HR cases end-to-end, support organisational change,and help managers make confident, well-judged people decisions. This role will suitsomeone with experience in a multi-site or consultancy environment who iscomfortable balancing commercial priorities with sound employment practices.
CIPD Level 3 is essential, Level5 is desirable. There is regular travel across sites.

Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded HR Advisor tosupport a multi-site primary care organisation operating across Derby andNorthampton. This role will suit an experienced HR generalist who enjoysvariety, autonomy, and working closely with managers to deliver practical,business-focused HR advice.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work acrossthe full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to managers across thebusiness. The role has a strong advisory and problem-solving focus and willappeal to someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving, operationalenvironment.
