About the Role of HR Advisor

Youll be joining a small, high-performing HR team where youll play a key role as a generalist HR Advisor, supporting a broad range of people initiatives. Your focus will span Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Payroll Coordination, alongside maintaining a strong understanding of HRIS (Workday) and SOPs.

  • Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Managing employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Guiding and supporting managers to ensure all actions and documentation align with employment law and company policy
  • Acting as the first point of contact for people-related queries, offering timely and practical HR advice
  • Leading complex ER cases, chairing meetings, and ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
  • Coordinating the outsourced payroll process and ensuring accuracy (100 FTE)
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of SOP's

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours

What You Will Bring
  • You’ll be a highly analytical and solutions-focused HR professional, with proven experience supporting managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle.
  • CIPD qualification (or working toward CIPD)
  • With a minimum of 3 years HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Demonstrated experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships.
  • Experience coordinating payroll and managing HR systems.
  • A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach, thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.
