HR Administrator - Learning & Development Focus

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team, with a strong focus on supporting Learning & Development initiatives.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent attention to detail, and is passionate about helping employees grow and develop.
As this is a fixed term contract starting in early January, prior experience in HR and L&D support is essential to ensure you can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with mandatory learning requirements.
- Support the design and delivery of induction programmes and ongoing development initiatives.
- Ensure e-learning is completed within set timescales to maintain compliance.
- Arranging e-learning ‘drop-in’ sessions to facilitate front line operatives e-learning system access, as required.
- Assist with monitoring training effectiveness and gathering feedback from participants.
- Assist with development and roll‑out of L&D programmes, including scheduling training sessions, managing attendance, and coordinating logistics.
- Prepare reports and updates on L&D activities for HR and management teams.
- Provide wider HR administration support, including responding to first line HR queries, maintaining employee files, updating HRIS, and assisting with ad‑hoc projects.
About You
- Previous experience in HR administration, ideally with exposure to Learning & Development and experience of LMS administration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Provide wider HR administration support, including first‑line HR queries, maintaining employee files, updating HRIS, and assisting with ad‑hoc projects.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution focused approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Understanding of learning compliance requirements in a facilities management environment would be advantageous.

Working arrangements
- Full‑time (36 hours per week, Monday‑Friday).
- Fixed‑term contract
- Hybrid working options available (4 days on site preferable).
