HR Administrator

Location: Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire (HP21)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role

As an HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and accurate HR support to managers and employees across the contract. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to absence management and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality HR administration and meet deadlines.
  • Support managers with employee relations processes, including note‑taking at meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records for right‑to‑work, DBS, and occupational health checks.
  • Manage HR systems for starters, leavers, probation, and casual staff.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits.
  • Provide administrative support for Learning & Development and ad‑hoc HR projects.
