A leading manufacturing organization in Portsmouth is seeking an HR Admin to support their HR Business Partner. The role involves delivering HR processes, providing guidance to managers, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Ideal candidates will have experience as a HR generalist or advisor and strong knowledge of employment laws. This is a full-time on-site position.

My client is a leading manufacturing organisation involved in the design, manufacturing, certification, and services for mission-critical equipment.
The HR Admin will support the HR Business Partner in delivering HR processes, compliance, and business partnering. As well as providing HR guidance to managers, managing policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment law. You will be a focal point for resolving issues and supporting employees through various stages of their employment.
