Job summary

Bromford is seeking two Housing Workers for Griffin Place in Aylesbury. This fixed-site role involves a Monday–Friday, 2.30pm–10.30pm shift, supporting customers in temporary accommodation and helping them sustain tenancy and move toward independence.

You'll build strong relationships with local agencies, document conversations, manage records and collaborate with partner services to enable a settled future.

Qualifications

• Can build rapport and communicate clearly.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage workload.
• Confident using IT systems and following processes.
• Comfortable having honest conversations and setting boundaries.
• Experience in housing, tenancy management, advisory services or customer-facing roles is useful.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers in temporary accommodation.
• Explain licence conditions, manage rent and sustain accommodation.
• Maintain accurate records and support grants, lettings and repairs.
• Use IT systems to update records and manage caseload.
• Have constructive conversations to move customers toward independence.
